"Really great staff! Andrew checked us in and was extremely nice and funny. We were accidentally put in the wrong room. Lisa really came through for us. She put us in the correct room and was very kind and respectful. The room was good, and the beds were comfortable. The only complaint is that the hotel accommodations aren’t big enough for the size of the hotel."
"First time staying here and will definitely be back!! King room was spacious and the bed was SOOOO comfortable (I need to know what brand it is). The room was very clean, it's obvious that everyone takes pride in their work. All the staff were Amazing from the front desk, restaurant and cleaning team. Highly recommend!!"
"Negatives: Handicap husband couldn't park in the handicap spots, and we had to walk a long distance, uphill. Also, when we arrived, many people were waiting for rooms because they hadn't been cleaned/ inspected. We know that sometimes situations arise, but this has been a recurring issue. Some had to wait an hour or more for a room, which affected evening plans. Positives: The staff was very friendly! Chris helped us check-in, and he was so helpful and kind. He also interacted so well with our 9-year-old! Every housekeeper and other staff member we encountered greeted us with a smile and said hello. My daughter also loved the pool!"
"I accidentally booked the wrong date in a last minute rush to grab a room for an impromptu trip to Branson. I called right away and Lisa was so kind and helpful and able to rebook us for the correct night. We jumped in the car and headed there. The hotel was easy to find and very busy! We felt it was a great room and a great price. The indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub was so fun and the pool restrooms were very clean. We absolutely plan to stay again!"
"Room 929 at this hotel was worth every penny! It was not only spacious, clean, and well-appointed but also incredibly beautiful. From the elegant decor to the stunning view, every detail made our stay memorable. The front desk staff were super friendly, adding to the warm atmosphere. My boyfriend and I enjoyed a lovely Valentine's Day, with the nearby aquarium making for a perfect outing. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch. We'll definitely be back, especially for a summer getaway!"
