"I was thrilled to arrive at Stormy Point Village in Branson, Missouri, for a family trip with my sister and our kids during spring break. Despite our well-planned itinerary, our check-in experience was disappointing. Despite arriving at 4:00 pm as scheduled, our rental unit wasn't ready. After waiting until 5:30 pm and making several inquiries, we were finally given access to a single room instead of the two-bedroom unit we had reserved. When I asked about compensation for the inconvenience, the regional manager, Gaby, was dismissive and unhelpful. Furthermore, the attitude displayed by the regional, was rude and unprofessional. Overall, the poor customer service experience has left us resolved never to rent from Stormy Point Village again."

"The Village is full of cute little single unit vacation homes, all 2 story, I think. Upstairs had a small jacuzzi tub, but the water heater didn't have enough to fill it adequately. The Village is difficult to navigate, with pedestrian only sections that are well marked in the resort map (that Google maps thinks go through). Night/ rainy weather makes the street signs hard to read & that much more difficult to navigate. Units are nicely decorated in nautical themes. Maintenance was extremely responsive coming to our door. In the height of the season, parking must be a challenge. Deer frequented the grassy areas during our weekend stay."

"This seemed like a wonderful place to stay. It looked cute, and I thought It’d be great, until we got inside. There were dead bugs on the beds, shower, and not enough towels prepared for my family. They are obviously not prepared for people to come, I’m saying this because the beds looked miserable, and were miserable. My back ached after one night! I will most likely not be staying here again. Some people may like it, but our room could’ve been much better. I’m not trying to be rude, this is just straight honesty."

"Wow. I mean wow. This place is amazing! We got Lodge 351, and it is amazing! The kitchen is fully functional with a blender and coffee maker, an Island in the middle, with a microwave! You have to push the microwave back to the wall to get it to work, I don't know why. The Dining Place is nice with a big table with chairs. ~ The Living Room is amazing with big windows and a big TV. But, the speakers are behind the TV, so you can hardly hear when the volume is at 50. The Living Room has a Pull - Out couch, and there is also a Bathroom and Bedroom as well. There is also a Porch attached. ~ Downstairs is nice with a small Living Room and Foosball Table, along with a Pull - Out couch and TV. The Laundry Room is Downstairs along with a Bathroom, and a Bedroom, the bedroom has 2 small beds. Now, Upstairs there is 2 bedrooms with King or Queen sized beds with a Bathroom, and even a small window that you can open to look down at the Living Room! This place is absolutely amazing! We had 5 Kids and 6 Adults here, and we all slept comfortably! The Pool isn't far away either, you can walk there, but it is up - hill. There is a Outdoor Hot Tub, an Outdoor Heated Pool, and an Indoor Pool. And what's cool about the Lodge is that it's all Pirate Themed! Anyway, hope this helps! Would definitely recommend coming!"

"We did not stay at Stormy Point Village, but we had gift certificates for the Tavern. The Tavern is located in the same building as check in for Stormy Point Village We are there twice. On our first visit, my husband had Buffalo wings which he said were good. I enjoyed the hot pretzel and beer cheese. The pretzel was huge! Good thing my husband likes it as well. We finished with a nice salad. Very well presented. The sliced tomatoes and sliced cucumbers were on the side of the plate. The romaine was fresh and crisp. Next evening we ordered the seafood platter. There was fried Haddock, fried butterfly shrimp, and fried clams! It was delicious!! The meal also came with coleslaw, fries, and hush puppies. So worth the wait to return. Will eat there again for sure!!"
