"Everything was great except the lady at the pool was watching everyone like a hawk she made sure we knew all the rules upon entry at that point she was complaining about everything our grandkids did even though it wasn't in her rulebook"

"The property has a lot of construction going on, and every morning, bright and early, it sounded like a concert going off because the construction workers had their music so loud..... Our unit smelled old and musty, needs some major updates. The unit had a huge issue from the moment of arrival (I will omit details), corporate refused to properly address the issue, rather it was easier (cheaper) for them to tell us everything is in working order, your just not doing it right (which was not the case, it was more a case of actually having to spend a little $ on their end)...the person who actually manages the property did monetarily do what she could do (out of her own pocket), but corporate should be ashamed of themselves. We absolutely will not return to any of these properties. We travel a lot ....this is by far the worst experience we've encountered, both in the unit and with the customer service to resolve the issue. BTW, check for brown recluse spiders in your bed.... Found one."

"4 bedroom 4 bath. Rooms and bathroom very spacious!!! Bathrooms have stand up shower and jetted tubs. The tubs are awesome! Beds were comfortable, but limited pillows. So you may consider bringing some extra. The kitchen had plenty of cups and glasses but limited cooking essentials. A couple pots and a skillet one spatula and some spoons was all..so just bring your own necessities there! Fireplace was great and put off a lot of heat!! 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 down! If you go to bed early and need quiet, take the upstairs bc you can hear every move from downstairs!! But overall a great stay!"

"We love the area and the scenery is absolutely beautiful. Whoever I do have a few issues with the cabin we rented. We were told there was an indoor pool. However when we got there we realized the indoor pool was almost 15 minutes away. However the hot tub they had on site was nice. We also had trouble with the ice machine the whole trip. And the fireplaces weren't working when we got here but they did fix that. Overall good stay but could improve a few things."
