"This place was GREAT!! Close to Silver Dollar City and easy to get to. The room was clean and the bed was nice and comfy! Also high praise to the hospitality service of Pickles the cat!! Loved how Pickles greeted us every time we left and came back! Such a sweet and adorable cat 10/10 service! Hope the owners give Pickles extra treats for such hard work! Would love to back and stay here again!"
"Stayed this past Saturday the 14th. Was disappointed. Looked nicer online. Bathroom sink was not fully clean. Found a dead bug on sheets. Front door or frame needs to be fixed because when you shut it you can see a bunch of light shining through, and there's a draft. Reached out to them that night and they responded hours later the next day after we checked out. Basically said "sorry" and didn't care. We asked for some kind of refund (which in my opinion we should get the cleaning fee and some more refunded), they said no. On their website they act like customer service is a priority but clearly they lied. They told us we should of said something right away. We did, you just didn't answer til hours later and that's not our fault. Will never recommend this place or stay here ourselves again. Edit: response to owner- it does not matter how or when I reached out, point is I reached out and you still could have refunded the cleaning fee and partial refund for the stay. THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN FAIR/MORE APPROPIATE then what you offered. You really think we'd stay again after not being happy with the room and how you responded refusing to give a refund? Hell no. And how do you know if we ever want to visit Branson again? Good for others who love your hotel, we didn't and didn't appreciate the way we were treated and responded to. ALL customers should be treated the same whether they had a good stay or not. Refund would of been the right route to go but clearly you're greedy with $. Karma to you and your hotel. It's a new year, do better."

"Extremely clean, nice, updated rooms! 2 min drive to Silver Dollar City. Super easy check-in & check-out process that was well communicated via text before arriving. Owners also provided a number to call in case we needed anything! Overall great experience! Will be recommending The Lofts to anyone planning a visit to SDC or Branson!"
