"The rooms are horrible was only there for 3 hours and found bed bugs. Owner was just like mmmh I can move you. I said I wanted a full refund and he didn’t really care."

"We arrived on June 17. There was a huge family reunion who blocked access to all the common areas. We had 4 grandgirls and my son and his wife. We’ve stayed there many times and it was great. On Saturday night the family reunion was blocking the hallway to the indoor pool right by the front desk. I walked my teen grands and 5 year old grand to the indoor pool. We had to squeeze through the family standing in the hall. I went back to the room to get pool toys and dropped them off. On my way back through the hall I asked the family to make way and reminded them it’s a hallway. I’m 60, and a 30 something woman from the family followed me to the elevator screaming at me that I’m an ugly old lady and her husband in his 30’s followed her. They wouldn’t let me by and he kept threatening to hit me. Then the woman in her 30’s body checked me in my stomach. I went to the front desk to ask for help and the guy at the front desk told me to relax and calm down. Forgetting there were red steps in the lobby I quickly made my way to the steps by the elevator, while they screamed obscenities at me, and ran up them to get away. My husband and son wanted to go down there but I wouldn’t let them for fear that the other family were armed. They wanted me to file charges but I didn’t want to ruin the grandgirls vacation. I have a bruise on my stomach where the woman body checked me. There were 2 large rooms on each side of the hall. My grandgirls had to squeeze through grown men to get to the pool in their swim suits. I hope the night manager does better next time. After all, it’s the hallway to to the indoor pool."

"The lady at the front desk when we arrived was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was clean with plenty of towels and wash cloths. Our room had a hot tub and it was AWESOME. I especially loved that I was able to fill it up (it was big enough for at least 2 with room to kick back and relax and deep enough to completely cover. Jets worked great) and the water stayed hot. Our bed was comfortable and very cozy. Only thing I would've loved to have had would have been a few more pillows. There was only one a piece and they quickly flattened. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Branson and will visit again."
