"Room was clean. Staff so friendly. Washer and dryer available. Located behind the Dutton theater, away from 76, so it was quiet. Breakfast was so good for us with gluten intolerance....eggs, sausage, yogurt and bananas.....to go with the usual high carb breakfast fare. Staff doing breakfast so friendly and kept everything clean."
"This is an old looking hotel with comfortable rooms, beds, and good breakfast. The bathroom was reasonably clean and had hot water all around the clock. The time we visited during the Christmas holidays they had no house keeping services, which was a minus. They served hot breakfast with cookies and gravy, sausages, scrambled eggs, pancakes and syrup, cereals, juices, and hot beverages. The taste was good but can get repetitive if you stay for a few days. The location is good within the Branson city near many attractions."
"This our first hand experience at this establishment. The front person was very friendly, so check in was easy. The room was cleaned but outdated. The beds were not comfortable. When we woke up the next day, our daughter's arm had bug bites. We alerted the hotel staff. They were quick to respond and moved us to another room. We were told later that evening they didn't find any bed bugs. But something bit her. We were told we would be compensate in some way but we haven't heard from management yet. Breakfast was very good and the attendant was very nice. Hotel staff was friendly but based on the bug bites, we will not stay here again."
"Incredible service, nice clean rooms. Quiet location. Respectful guests. Very large breakfast unlike most hotels. The show is incredible and warm. The people that work here are outstanding!"
"Showed up as a big group with 14 rooms rented. The Staff was phenomenal. The Manager showed up and help some of the elderly get to the rooms and made sure to wait until they were settled in before leaving. Other staff was in the parking lot showing us where we could park as the lot was filling up and it was night time. Bed I found to be comfortable to sleep in. Rooms are prefect size. Breakfast was hot and better than I expected. Definitely recommend The Dutton Inn if you need a place to stay in the Branson Area."
