"Off Broadway still has a decent selection, but not quite to the extent that it used to. The online store is amazing and easy to use, but the in store experience isn't quite what it used to be. The selection that they do have call still be hard to find in the size you want, even with a normal foot size. Still a great store, but not the 5 stars I used to give it."

"When my daughter needed help finding shoes in her size, staff was no where to be found. Once we found 3 of them standing around talking together, one girl basically pointed in the general direction of what we were looking for and went back to talking. The young man that was with them instantly realized this was very poor customer service and came to help. The cashier was not much better. Great selection of shoes and even better prices!"
