"Sales and coupons seem great, then when you pick up your order isn’t complete because of high demand. Cashier didn’t really apologize, just told me that’s the way it is. Did apologize to the person behind me for the wait. May order on line and pick up in my car."
"They gave me two cut pieces of the fleece I ordered to only make 9 out of 10 yards which did not work for the project I was doing and then won’t let you return the cut piece even though the problem was on their end because they gave two cut pieces in the first place."

"If your looking for good customer service, DON'T go here! At least if you need to speak to a manager! I went to return a bubble gun that I bought for my son because it literally broke within the first 10 minutes of us opening it. The cashier, Elliot said he couldn't return it because the 1 oz bubble container was empty. So I asked to speak to a manager. Elliot called for Mary Ann to come to the front and said " Mary Ann, can you please come to the front? NO RUSH, TAKE YOUR TIME!" Well, Mary Ann was everything but kind! She threw her arms up in the air, and said "Fine! Whatever! I'm not going to argue with you! Elliot! Just return the bubble gun! " In front of the huge line of customers! I brought everything back in it's original packaging, except the 1 oz of bubbles was gone because I had to dump it out in order take the gun apart and put it back in it's original packaging. Mary Ann treated me as if I had bought the gun and stole the tiny 1 oz container of bubbles! Very poor customer service."
"The new remodel looks great. They also have new items like interchangeable knitting needles (Only place in STL that I know of that carries these in person) and have also upped the variety of products in each department. The store is still short staffed and there seems to be new employees every time I visit. Be ready for long lines for checkout or cut counter if there’s other customers in the store. There’s also a motion detected speaker in the back of the store that plays the same message every time you walk near it which is a strange choice."
