"Installers good but very disappointed in the product. It was not at all what was represented at the display. Density was thin and padding felt non existent installed. It's as if they installed a cheaper version of what I had picked out. We had upgraded from the Trendsetters (a cheaper brand) to what was suppose to be a better more dense carpet but would have been better off going with the cheaper carpet. Very Very disappointed. I'm starting to loose faith in Home Depot. I could have gotten the better carpet through Micheals for the same price."

"Amy, in appliances was a big help picking out my new kitchen appliances, going over and beyond. She went out of her way to help me purchase and load things that weren’t in her department. Home Depot is my new go to place!"

My son was thrilled and made the trip super smooth an easy, and our infant daughter also fit right in so we didn’t have to carry her. "Ordered a new custom door early December 2020. After many attempts at calling for updates on delivery, and no return calls from staff, with updates, I finally found out 12 weeks later it was in (not because they called me to tell me so). Set up installation. The contracted installer, prior to install suggested I look at the door because I may not be happy. The door and jams were a different material and different color. This is not what I ordered. Door installer returned it to HD Manchester for me. He also tried to call Ian the Custom Order Specialist who was apparently on vacation. However, upon returning from vacation Ian never tried to reach out to me. I tried calling Ian, but was told he was in a meeting and would call me back later. He never did. Finally a few weeks later, I was near that HD (I live 45 minutes away), I stopped in and was able to speak to Ian, the store manager, and another guy working in the doors department. They said, sorry, it's a custom order,. No refunds allowed. When I todl them even the door installer said he wouldn't accept it if he paid as much as I did for it ... they said, "he should not have said that". DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS. THEY WILL TRY TO DELIVER SOMETHING DEFECTIVE AND /OR NOT WHAT YOU SAID YOU WANTED AND BLAME IT ON THE FINE PRINT IN THEIR POLICY OF NO REFUNDS FOR CUSTOM ORDERS. EVEN IF THE ORDER IS WRONG."
