"If I could give 0 stars I would. Purchased a dishwasher online listed for $133.99 added their 199 install and delivery. Got an email the next day saying it was listed online incorrectly and they would not honor the price. The girl who I spoke with on the phone trying to resolve this issue was EXTRA rude and when I finally said please make sure everything is cancelled on your end I’m going someplace else she straight told me that I would not find anything lower than what they have they are the most competitive in the area!!! BULL!!! I found another company that was waaaaay better and has so much better customer service. She even told me that they do not use a 3rd party company but they would not work with me on the delivery or install because of their error. I tried everything to still work with this company and all they said is no that’s just not going to happen we don’t budge on price. I have never ever encountered a company like this and I will tell EVERYONE how they treat people."

"Recently purchased a new GE Stove from Casey at the Ballwin Store. Did some research on the Web and found these folks had the best prices. Casey was an absolute joy to work with. When she answered the phone, you could tell she had a smile on her face. She found the Stove we wanted at another one of their stores because we wanted to see and touch it before purchasing. She answered all of our questions and set up the delivery. The delivery crew was awesome. They introduced themselves and took out the old stove and brought in the new one being extremely careful going out and in. Nick connected the gas line and fired up the stove to be sure everything was working correctly. They even re-connected the closers on our storm door that I had taken off before their arrival. I cannot say enough nice things about these people and their work ethic. The stove was rather expensive, but you get what you pay for and we certainly are very pleased with our purchase and this whole buying experience. I will be back."
