"We were looking for a specific grill. Another company wasn’t as knowledgeable so we decided to try St. Louis Home and Fires. Frank was so knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us choose the accessories for our needs without selling us stuff we didn’t need. Many times, buying a larger item, it’s easy to second guess the purchase. We left the store feeling very confident and excited. We will definitely go back for future purchases. It was nice to not be “sold” an item. Instead, help us find the item that is right for us."

"Frank and Paul at St. Louis Home Fires were both extremely helpful. Swapped out some ancient gas logs for a new set and the difference is night and day. Looks beautiful and much better heat dispersion. Frank recommended I paint the inside of the fireplace with some black high heat paint and that was a huge win as well. Reasonable prices, great installation experience, highly recommended."
