When I called the store to inquire about trading for a replacement, they proceeded to tell me I had to contact LG for help. I pointed out that I had purchased it from them, not LG. Bottom line, I will do my best to never purchase anything from Lowes again because they refused to stand behind their product"

"This Lowe’s is right next to me. So I end up going here a couple times a week, due to the convenience. This place is a very poorly run establishment. Morning shift has a ton of people working but none of them do anything besides talk to each other. Majority of them are not very nice. The items in stalk, brochures, etc. Are never stalked properly and no one can help with simple tasks. I have used the self checkout kiosks and the person running it has no authority to help, they have to call a manager to help and the manager is no where to be found. 2 star only due to convenience. I’d rather drive 15 minutes to a different place. Some people have been very nice. But the morning crew is very tired it seems."
