"From start to finish it was a great experience. Got a new French door Whirlpool fridge for same price as the box stores, but Bill's only does appliances so they really know their stuff and the differences between different models and why one may make more sense than another. Installers had great attitudes and did a thorough job. Will definitely use them again."

"We were told by their tech we needed a special order part. This was after being charged over $80 for the service call. After being over $200 our dishwasher still wouldn't work. Bill's Appliance solution? They would credit me half the service call approx. $40 toward the purchase of a new machine which would be over $500 after delivery and installation. When I asked if we could just get the credit in the form of a check I was told "we don't do that". Questionable ethics? Absolutely. Would I recommend them? Never. If you do the math they would have had me for over $700. Not this time."

"I can't say enough about this store. 90 to 95% or more of their products are made here in the USA. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Honestly, No one likes wandering around trying to find help only to find someone who doesn't work in that particular department .This goes for all staff including the delivery dept. and service technicians. I highly recommend Bills Appliances. Another good thing about them is that they aren't a big box store, each time you visit you will talk to the same sales person. Supporting small business and local families is the only option in my mind. A+++"
