"**Attn: anyone getting a vaccine here. *** The store itself is fine- a typical Walgreens. But twice now I’ve scheduled a vaccine on their website and arrive, only to find out they don’t actually have that shot and filling out the online paperwork is a complete waste of time because when it has worked out to take a different shot, I’ve had to fill everything out all over again. This is a company/system-wide issue, not necessarily this location."

"Terrible service, tried using their western union and was told by all 3 employees including the manager that they didn't know how to use it. Manager who wasn't even wearing a name tag, black guy told me to change the language in Kiosk. Still wondering what language other than English he was suggesting and not sure how that was going to help complete transaction. Very incompetent and disgusting attitude from them all."

"Went in just to load money to my Capital One Bank account. The front register was run by Mohammad whom was rude, dismissive and disrespectful. The other employee went to the other register to help and received the same treatment from his coworker. Called manager Gary out for the behavior and treatment of his employee and he genuinely didn't care. Luckily I went in alone because my husband would not have handled me being talked to like that lightly. I felt 100% unvalued as a customer. My money is as good as anyone else's! Shopping at CVS from now on."

"Terrible. I used to work as a pharmacy tech at Walgreens for over 10 years and I am just astounded at how this pharmacy is. I wish my insurance didn’t drop cvs for Walgreens. Phones holds are always 30 minutes minimum if they answer, poor communication, minimal customer service skills, and unfriendly pharmacist and supportive staff. Store needs help from head quarters who should better support staff so they can serve the public better. At least they get a lunch break. Never had one when I was there. Do better walgreens."
