The employee I had to deal with was a complete jerk with a snotty attitude who flat out said calling a manager was really inconvenient. Get a new job, James. You're not cut out for customer service. Then, he didn't ring up one of my purchases, so I had to get that taken care of. That took 3 employees and a manager. One and done for me. Definitely won't be back. The store manager was nice, but that doesn't make up up for the hassle and gross appearance of the store. Zero stars if that were an option."
"A new store with many shopping options for the whole family, but the cashier at machine one was not the least bit friendly, I did not receive a greeting or a farewell, much less she said thank you for shopping in Burlington, for that reason I only give this place three stars"
