"My grandma's dog went there to get fixed they weren't even able to do the procedure because they kept wanting to run extra tests and we couldn't afford it and somehow she ended up having to get euthanized. Can't believe this is happening. Will never deal with this company ever again."

"This place lied about the health issues of a pet, never noted other health issues, all of which led to the poor baby being in pain every day of her short life! Seriously do better! Folks who actually want to take care of their pets, go somewhere else!"

"I had a appointment for my 2 dogs for my 2 dogs to get a rabies shot. When I got there the price was different than on the phone but then it was explained to me, 2 exams had to be done. Dr. Danielle Behrends and her assistant were very good. They took care in the examination and talked to my dogs and explained to me what to do afterwards. I'm very pleased and will go back for another rabies shot next yr."

"Worst experience ever!!! I was met with complete hostility and disrespect because I was concerned about the price of my dogs care. I was so confused, when I had left my dog at his drop off appointment I was told a quote of less than 200.00 I get a voicemail from the vet about 15 min before pick up saying my dog needed a bunch of things that he had been throwing up, and had diarrhea.. he hadn’t been doing that at home. He had gotten in the trash as dogs do but he wasn’t able to eat anything as I had caught him right on time. So I had mentioned that to the vet, as I was confused he hadn’t had any issues or symptoms at all before drop off. Well getting there to get him, the total had shot up to 247.00 then I was about to swipe my card and the incredibly rude and racist front desk woman said $303.00 I said, I want to see what the dr just quoted me! Why and where did it get to over 300.00? I don’t get it. She ran to the back and some short, dark haired tech comes comes out and starts ranting at me like I’m some kind of ignorant, uneducated person! Rather than try to help me understand or take me aside she completely humiliated me and talked down to me in the open in front of others! she tried to make me feel like I was a bad dog owner by throwing my dog in my face and telling me I was lucky they didn’t charge me for cleaning up after my dog after his” severe diarrhea”which by the way, were home and he hasn’t had one vomit or diarrhea episode. Another scheme to up charge me as this office loves to do! I wonder if I wasn’t of Hispanic descent would I have been treated differently and with more respect? As the next to clients behind me were white Americans and were treated with a very different tone. Something needs to be done. By the way this happened 11/25/23 picked up at around 3:30pm if anyone actually cares to investigate my claim, and do something!!! This office is completely out of control."

"I came here with my small Chiweenie, 8 pound dog for a dental cleaning and extractions. The surgery went well. The doctor called me and gave me some information once the surgery was complete and Zoe seems to be healing up fine it’s been two weeks. We just had her two week follow up today. She still has stitches that will dissolve on their own but nothing in her mouth is still open. It’s all healed. She had 12 teeth polled seven easily popped out like plucking eyebrows, but five needed to be cut into the bone to remove the roots, so it was a pretty serious surgery. I paid for the membership that included pre-dental cleaning x-rays and bloodwork and all of that but extractions were not included so the time of the visit I did have to pay almost $1200 out of pocket. All in all I’m satisfied because they took care of my little dog and she seems very healthy now, but I didn’t give them five stars because at no point did they give me a quote I had to ask the morning of if there would be any out of pocket so you can imagine my surprise of hearing it was gonna cost about $1200 on top of the membership and besides that every time three times as of today I’ve taken Zoe not once have they taken me into a room to have a private conversation or to allow me to meet any of the doctors or see them exam Zoe, which I found to be very uncomfortable. I’ve never gone to a vet for anything that I didn’t get to meet the physician in person and that every time we’re there they just take care of us right there in the lobby area instead of taking us into a room for privacy. If those few things change for future visits, I will gladly edit my review and get five stars."
