"Great customer service from " Paula " , a blue buffalo rep. It was hard finding any dry dog food for a senior Chihuahua, with Poultry allergies, almost all of the ones that said beef, bison, pheasant all had a chicken byproduct in it, no matter the brand. It was a bit frustrating, but Paula helped us find a salmon kibble from blue buffalo. She was very informative."
"I bought some dental treats for my pup, and the cashier informed me that if my dog didn't like them, I could return the rest of the package. I was surprised. He said it's their policy on all their items. I wish I knew this sooner, but I'm happy I know now."
"So I called in today to make an appointment for my dog to get groomed and they only said that I needed the paper saying that they got her rabies which she did. But they are refusing me service now so highly not recommended and this is the only place I can go to get my dog groomed so if you know what's good for you do NOT go here I repeat do Not go here I have to rehome my emotional support animal due to the fact of them not letting me go in to get my dog groomed. I have disabilities so this is discrimination."
