"This used to be my go-to pet store for dog food. The employees used to be friendly, informative and helpful. It’s pricey, but the customer service used to be outstanding, so there was value. That is no longer the case. The staff doesn’t greet customers coming into the store anymore and ignore them when they’re shopping. I was completely ignored while walking up and down the aisles looking for a specific brand of dog food. Not one employee offered to help. There was one other customer in the store and all five employees were standing at the registers talking to one another and ignoring the sales floor. I want to do my part to keep local, small businesses in my area, but I can’t see paying more for being ignored and unappreciated as a customer and paying more for the “privilege.” I’ll be taking my business elsewhere."
