"My first apartment I will never forget! My work was 2min walking distance & grocery store walking distance too! If i ever needed maintenance help I would submit a request & it would be taken care ASAP. This place was so convenient for me. Kim was always so thoughtful & the most kind... always a text/call away if I needed her. I am going to miss this place & her! She’s the best!! :) Thank you!!!"
"Was a good apartment complex, no issues. But now they have sold it and have new people it's going downhill. The basement has been flooded for 4 plus months & it smells like poop. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone."
"Lived here for over 4 years and loved it! Miss it all the time. Walking distance to downtown and multiple parks - super close to everything. Plus, easy highway and freeway access. Exciting to see the owners and managers make updates while keeping its quaint feel!"
