"This is the second apartment I’ve rented in Salem and I will absolutely be coming back! Located right next to the Food Trucks, Winco, and the freeway! Plus it’s QUIET!!!!! You can hardly hear your neighbors!!! It’s clean! Gated! And the management takes care of needs immediately!!! Highly recommend!"

"They pick and choose who they rent to .. I have a lawyer looking into this matter now .. Delia is an excellent person to work with . Always answers the phone good vibes & energy , I rent from this same apartment agency , & had had nothing but problems when I want to reach out to a person in the main office they ignore calls , or simply never have enough answers . I keep receipts of everything every phone call / email . I’m in the mist of moving to a better apartment complex & waiting on my lawyer to wrap up my case as we speak for racial Discrimination"
