"I have just signed my second lease with this complex. My 2 bed, 2 bath apartment was completely brand new when I moved in. My appliances still had plastic on them, in fact. I work 5 mins away so this was the biggest pro of choosing this place. Management have been very kind and responsive. Any maintenance requests are handled promptly and Trilliant was very accommodating as far in move in was concerned. My only reasoning for 4 stars is because of other tenants noise levels, and not always picking up dog feces on the grass."
"We have been living here for almost a year. The actual apartment itself is great, very modern layout and overall look. Location isn’t great. Constant car break ins and trespassing. Loud neighbors, and quiet time is not enforced. When reaching out to management, we were only encouraged to call law enforcement. With that being said, management isn’t great. We have placed about four maintenance request over this past year and none of them have been resolved. When we call to check in, the manager is usually very dismissive and sometimes rude. Higher up management is also aware of all the unresolved requests but lack communication."
