"If I could give it Zero stars I would, this place is the last place you'd want to live. The management is horrible, always harassing us, and they're always trying to charge you for things they decided to do, ex: taking out the carpet in front of your door. If you need something fixed, do it yourself, maintenance never fixes it and if you're lucky enough to get a hold of them, you'd be waiting a couple months. Management is always claiming we never turned in pet companion paperwork, but it suddenly appeared in her file folder. The manager is very biased and will attack you for no reason if her favorite resident decides to not like you. Rent is way too high for poor living conditions, you could find a much nicer place."

"I gave 5 stars to this apartment. the manager and the maintainence are so awesome. They are very nice people.when we ask for help or request something to get fix they will come right away to fix the problem.and yes the manager is never there in the office but she have her voice mail that we leave messages to and she will return our call everytime.we haven't have a problem living in this place.she is a very nice manager.i believe if you follow all the rules and regulations on your lease agreements then you will not have a problem."

"Okay, seeing i am the first to review this place let me give all the details for my HORRIBLE stay at Beverly Plaza Apartments. The MANAGMENT: Her name is Alicia and is never in the office, it's literally almost impossible to get ahold of her even though her apartment is directly connected to the managment office, i moved in on a Friday & she SWITCHED the lock on me in the middle of my move i had to call a locksmith & basically break into my new Apartment, i had told her on Monday & she said "whoops" show me the receipt & you can get a refund. The MAINTENANCE: He went into my Apartment while i wasn't home one morning (ILLEGALLY ENTERING MY UNIT) Left no note, or sign of entry but left my kitchen light on so i knew, told Alicia (manager) & she just gave him a warning, another time he rasied his voice & continued to argue with me because things he kept fixing (weren't being properly fixed) The APARTMENT: For the most part is clean & very spacious but they have unit floor models (refrigerator, oven & dishwasher) i could never use my dishwasher during my stay there because it literally leaked gallons of water all over my kitchen floor & never got fixed. THE NEIGHBORS:LOUD, ARGUMENTATIVE, SELL DRUGS My neighbors had kids that would run around all hours of the night, had dogs barking, told management but nothing was ever done, got a warning because i myself told my neighbors to keep it down & I've had enough. They also stand around the front of the complex, drinking, smoking & sell drugs. Long review for such a horrible stay, overall if you want lazy managment skills, loud neighbors, cheap appliances, beverly is the place for you."
