"Don’t waist your time looking at theses apartments. They are asking over 1000$ for rent and they don’t even have the amenities to justify the price. No washer/drying in units no AC. Their laundry room is small I think 4 washers and dryers for the whole complex. The other set no one uses as it’s even smaller. There is no place for children to play, BBQs are not allowed on the property. No gym, no basketball hoops, utilities will be high as the windows are the original thin single glass so trying to keep the heat out during the summer is impossible or even keeping them warmth in the winter. Broke down cars every where. Keep your cars locked up tight as traffic in and out of some of these apartments are sketchy. You can get a lot more amenities for what they are asking else where. Plus more sq ft. Those apartments are not worth more than $800 if that. Rented for less than a year and left. Got an appointment for under 1000 and they are newer updated and offer a lot more plus I have a washer/dryer in my apartment. Kids have a playground and don’t have to worry about dog poop being stepped on as it’s well maintained. Does any one take care of the landscaping at Battle Creek. Don’t think so grass is always dry and pine needles every where. And the big bonus of not living there any more is you can’t hear your neighbors conversations or hear outside noise."
