"I just moved here. The apartment is great. The staff do a great job. Jennifer and Carley are amazing to work with!! Maintenance is on top of things!! Thanks David! I've noticed a strong sense of community here. Everyone helps everyone else. An ice storm brought the city to it's knees. During treacherous travel risks, neighbors are doing grocery shopping for neighbors unable to get out. Great sense of community!!!!"

"I would never come here again because the manager never was here i Asked about the mold and told me they would come but didnt and my kids got really sick and the pool was not open even though it was a 101 worst place ever"

"I have not had any problems with the management or maintenance. When I requested maintenance I have always received prompt response. My husband and myself really enjoy it here."

"First, you’ll get a rat infested, broken plumbing, unfinished apartment, with spotty electrical plug ins. Forget using a blow dryer and a tv or the fuse will blow. You’ll have the delight of having a cutthroat company provide a higher rate as a resign than new people coming in, if you don’t take the bullied increase you’ll be paying 300 additional dollars plus the raised ent just to be month to month. They claim they want to fix issues but it’s just temporary fixes. Let me tell you it’s impossible to sleep with rats scratching under your bathtub, it’s also amazing to not use the burners on your stove, perhaps you prefer kitchen drawers and cupboards that don’t close, or maybe you prefer the black mold that grows in the closets. Just saying. It’s a lower income facility.. so you’ll be treated as such. Lastly the pictures of pinewood Terrance are of the nice clean office. Not at all like the apartment you’ll get. Don’t believe me? Ask any tenant here. Built in the 70s. Interiors are falling apart and have no garbage disposal as claimed. Don’t get me started on the crack heads by the pool or the fact that the cement at the pool is crumbling in the pool.. or how units have bedbug issues. The tenants that have been here a while just want to be treated with respect and have an apartment we are not ashamed to live at."

"Pass this apartment complex by!!! Office personal never in the office, spend no money on the upkeep of the grounds! Pool area falling apart, cement walls lay in rubble along sides of pool. Complex bought a pool cover for it this year and acted like they just did a multi million dollar face lift. Been here 6 months and have seen at least 4 different people running the office, the one that signed me lied about what the interior would look like, told unit would have new doors, warm paint and white cabinets. Place has the dated look of the 70's, dark brown doors and trim, cupboard doors the same look. The biggest problem was mold, batteled it though out my 2 bedroom unit the whole time I lived here and management had no problem with lettinge do that, cared nothing about my health or possessions. Owners are there to just take your money! PASS THIS PROPERTY BY!!!!!!!"
