"Major ant problem. Keep my space clean and free of food/clutter & still ants. Everywhere. Bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, crawling on you in bed, crawling on you in the bathroom, all over the bathtub, walls, floor heaters, decor you name it. . I have no idea where or why theyre coming from and my roommate said he’s tried to talk to the manager multiple times about it to get it fixed but they havnt had a bug guy come or tried anything! I’ve tried tenacious earth, some kind of gel stuff idk the name of that I got from my mother that got it from a bug guy & continue to use more than several TERROs around the house, even with that it gets outrageous. Idk what to do but it’s gross, annoying and makes me feel like they’re crawling on me all the time"

"Needs a major Facelift.Gutters full of leaves & leaking over the edge,mold on the eve's and along parts of the outter walls.Trash was over flowing from the dumpster huge pot holes terrible parking Lot unsafe for kids to be playing."
"Very poorly ran management is a joke nothing gets fixed none ever calls back. Just all around bad place to live."
"I dropped it to a star. SLUM LORDS. They do not properly manage and its shows so badly."
