"I have only been here a short while but I really like it. It’s a very dog friendly place with a fenced off area for dogs. My dog loves it and a plus is the food carts being so close. Nice community and friendly neighborhood."

"I cannot review the apartment. But am very disappointed about the application process. They took my app fees and never followed up with an answer. I sent app fees (165.00 for 3 people) and app on 7/12/22. Had to drive across country to get here. On 7/27 I still had no answer as to whether or not my app was accepted. I called multiple times with no answer. I also called Norris and Stevens, the owner of these apartments and they were very rude and of no help. This is wrong! I was told by other apartment managers I should have heard back within 1-3 days. I hope this actually is seen by the public. Beware!"
"These look nice, but are not built well. Very little consideration by the builder in how things lay out. Drawers in bathroom didn’t open, hit door trim. Kitchen cabinet doors open wrong way, very, very loud. I can hear the slightest noise from the neighbors above me. Not insulated well at all, I can hear the road noise from Wallace. Management is horrible. We pay for trash, and initially trash was overflowing and they said we’d be responsible to find other alternatives if the trash ‘we paid for’ was full. They have conducted 4 inspections since July. This is ridiculous, especially with COVID going on. There are other issues like drywall defects, corners pulling off the wall, etc. Also, for being new, it wasn’t clean upon us moving in, construction debris and dust everywhere. Additionally when we moved in, we were told 2 bedroom units would get additionally parking, that is not the case. Spaces we thought were extra are slated for 8 retail businesses. So all the traffic for those retail businesses will be coming through the parking lot, making it a street, not a parking lot. Parking is horrible and management or the owner won’t allow us to park in those retail spaces, even tho the businesses are no where close to being open."
