"Happy to call this place home - long time tenant here. The location is pretty hard to beat with close access to transit, the river trail, and shopping. The complex recently came under new management and they've been really focused on improvements the entire time. The whole team is responsive and professional, striking a good balance between engagement and letting people do their thing."
"I would have treated this place much higher, but the amenities of the workout room and pool tables aren't available when the office isn't open. So, when most are off work, these things are not available and you're still paying for them. This change came from the new management."
"The Applewood Apartments have new owners, a new manager and new maintenance staff. The new owner has been doing a great job with improving the property. The maintenance staff is friendly knowledgeable and helpful in responding quickly. They added new dog stations to make it easier for us dog owners to be responsible in picking up after our pets. I’m happy to see the changes here. Nice place to live with the delta oaks shopping center just across the street. LTD stops out front and bike trails along the Willamette river all the way to Valley River Center and Downtown EUG."
"Applewood is a great place to live. The management team is awesome and the maintenance team equally so. I put in a maintenance order and within 1 day the issue was resolved perfectly. They even removed their shoes upon entering. Management makes sure to inform us all about upcoming maintenance work and property improvements. Nice, friendly staff always concerned about our experience as tenants. Thumbs up for sure!!!"
