"Doesn’t get much better than this. Great area of town, lots of trees and pet friendly. The office people are always kind and helpful and the maintenance is quick and knowledgeable. Prices are fair for what you get, and the location is convenient. I wish more people went to the events. It would be nice to meet some more neighbors, I love all the dogs and owners walking around."

"The overall review of this place speaks for itself. My family and I lived here for 3 years. We ended up breaking our lease 3 months early simply because we could not afford to live here anymore after the annual rental increases each year. We understood we had to pay 2.5x ($2700+) the rent for the lease break fee which we did in a very timely manner. However, months later we received an email stating we owe $1000 more due to damages? We already knew we werent going to get our (I believe it was $895 deposit) back because we knew the carpets needed replaced in the one bedroom and living room, and some blinds. Everything else was fine, like appliances, cheap vinyl flooring etc. Not to mention, when we called them with concern to get a breakdown of this, they practically replaced everything because they were remodeling the units. They did not include our $400 pet deposit. Maybe I'm crazy but I think $1200 should be enough to cover the cost of replacing a couple hundred sq ft of carpet. After we viewed the breakdown and was even more concerned, my husband called the office three to four times without anyone getting back to us. It is now in collections and we cannot get approved anywhere until it is paid. I will NEVER rent from Grey star again and do NOT recommend Crescent Park. Consider yourself warned about this extra money hungry establishment."

"Update: Professionalism has certainly changed here. Two years later and this is the first I’m hearing of a balance from this apartment, through a collection agency. We don’t skip out on debts and this would’ve been paid had anyone actually reached out. I called today and the woman, Monica, Miranda, or whatever her name was, was so snide and rude to me and said “it’s been too long, I can’t help” along with other comments. Completely rude. I certainly would never return after such poor treatment. This will just be passed to our lawyer to handle but, I would’ve appreciated more willingness to work with me on this, saving me time and effort. Really good experience here. We had a couple speed bumps in the beginning that were swiftly handled by the staff here in the leasing office. They are fantastic people! The location is great, in a wonderful and safe neighborhood, with lots of close shopping. Easy access to the freeway. Afton and Courtney, the superstars that run the place, are active in the community app. They’re always doing some sort of fun thing with the residents. Plus there is a dog park. If we ever return to Oregon, we WILL return to Crescent Park!"

"Outstanding service. The maintenance staff has been excellent; there have been 2-3 times during my stay when I have called in for assistance, and the issue had been taken care of by the time I arrived home from work that evening. There have been a few noisy neighbors from time to time, but I have never lived at a property where that has not, at some point, the case. Beyond that I have nothing but positives to lay down for this place; I am very much enjoying my time here. If you are looking for a warm, attractive resort-style mid-rise home with great service, you will really enjoy this place."

"LISTEN TO REVIEWS. Lived here for over a year and had multiple domestic disputes happen upstairs where the cops showed up and the people were continuing to live there after multiple incidents. The blood was never washed off the walls from the staircase that everyone shared from these events. Our original upstairs neighbors were allowed to constantly harass us and write us notes and stomp on our ceiling without any repercussions for almost the entirety of our lease. Roughly 30% of our emails to the office went ignored. The manager's always have attitude and seem to love making it seem like it's your fault and not possibly something they could be doing wrong on their end. On top of all of this they have the thinnest walls I've ever seen in an apartment. If you love taking baths and or relaxing in your apartment without fans and constant white noise, make sure you like hearing peoples phones buzzing from notifications, people using the toilet and every single word of their conversations. We had to sleep EVERY NIGHT with a fan on full blast or we were woken up from our neighbors. I'm glad we broke our lease and would pay a fine any day over living there another day."
