"We have loved our time living at The Gordon Lofts. What’s important for me to share is why and who I have seen this building really work for. From what I’ve experienced living here, people amidst a mid-life reinvention are quite content at the green room that is The Gordon Lofts. As they build their next chapter from scratch and after they have already fallen in love with the glorious Eugene, Oregon, they’d like a place to breathe, feel safe and be nourished before they buy property. This was certainly the case for our family. And I have seen it in others thriving here from single parents recently divorced as well as people fleeing their country. I have seen it in people overall who moved through the pandemic and said, “I need to live somewhere else and I have the power to change my circumstances”, for all the various, valid reasons motivating that statement. And many of these people have become my dear friends. We are surrounded by incredible food and the safety of credit and full background checks for every resident as we get to know our new home. And parents can be assured a placement within the sought-after Edison Elementary within the incredible 4J School District is guaranteed by living here. For us, it aligned with the most important things we were looking for and we are grateful to have found a place like this to nurture us while we build anew. We won’t always live above a gourmet ice cream shop, but while we do, we’re going to enjoy it."

"We’ve lived at the Gordon Lofts for a few years now, and give it 5 stars for many reasons. The apartments are modern and updated, and you can’t beat the downtown location. It’s also dog friendly, as are many of the local businesses nearby. All apartments feature newer appliances, and the building is quite safe and well-maintained. The staff is also very responsive and professional, especially John and Irene. They plan fantastic events and are always open to suggestions/feedback about the tenant experience. We especially love the views and club room upstairs , and my dog Koda gives it 5 woofs!"

"I moved to the 5th St market with purpose. The Gordon Lofts were a bit more than I was hoping to spend but the value has been spot on. I love the area, the shops, the parks and the people. You can't get a better location in town. I’ve had a bit of ups and downs but overall this has been a wonderful experience. I'm happy to call Gordon Lofts home and the staff (especially Shelby M) has been great. The high end finishings and appliances work well for my attention to detail. I highly recommend it here and do so to my friends. Life is what you make it and Gordon Lofts has helped support my lifestyle. I run and paddle the nearby areas almost daily, my backyard is Skinners Butte and Alton Baker Park. My dog loves it here and so do I."
