"I have been living at Boulders for a year & 1/2. I am very impressed how efficient, friendly & helpful the team is in the leasing office. Any issues are quickly solved. Great place to live! Great scenic river view. Very clean & maintained property. Thank you for everyone at Boulders for being so great!"

Monthly newsletters are sent out by email letting tenants know of upcoming activities to help build ‘community spirit’ and an opportunity to meet some of your neighbors. The newsletters are also informative of upcoming maintenance, or groundskeeping work, that will be done to help maintain this beautiful property, and keep all of its various areas functioning smoothly. I highly recommend The Boulders and its nearness to the river, walking and biking paths, and varied shopping and dining locales, for your future living experience."

"I loved living here! I lived at Boulders for about 2 years. Not sure why so many negative reviews, I feel like they're mostly nit-picky details or things that are out of the management's control (ie loud nighbors, noise from yard workers). I enjoyed my 2bdr unit -- 2 patios was a bonus, with a working fireplace! Yes, the units aren't the newest, but $1350 for 2bdr + 2 bath and spacious square footage...w/d IN UNIT ?? I can't complain. I may have lucked out as I never experienced any issues with my heating or w/d units. You're not paying $2000 for a brand new unit in downtown, so yeah, the appliances are a little old. But they all function; so again, I don't understand why people complain about the older appliances. The units don't have AC, but a portable AC unit fixes that. Location is great - quick drive to anything in Eugene. Close to the river, bike paths, bagel shop down the street, valley river center, etc. It's really nice to be so close to the freeways and be able to get to Springfield or west Eugene quickly. Management was great, I never had any issues. Also, they have a car wash station! As I'm writing this, I'm thinking of more positive features of the property. My only (tiny) negative is that the front gate to the property is almost always, exclusively, open. Why even have a gate then? I only used my gate code to enter the complex maybe 2 times in the 2 years I lived there."

"Boulders was an amazing place to live. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff who really craft a community feel. The office was always holding fun events and activities and put out a great newsletter every month. The maintenance staff was always courteous and helpful and fast to help. Incredibly beautiful grounds very well maintained. Property is super close to the Delta Ponds walk which is breathtaking. Very secure and comfortable, cute apartments. I really enjoyed my time there. A great place to live in Eugene!"
