"Housing stock is pathetically old in the U.S. and it's nonetheless waaaaay over priced; these are no different but what makes the difference here is Jane's management. We moved from out of state and Jane worked tirelessly to get us into a place. This place is special among all the other rentals because of Jane and Andrew (the maintenance guy), they are trustworthy, responsive, all-around great people. The apartments are no-frills, though the covered parking was nice. This place is made or broken by Jane, I can't be held to an honest review when she's no longer there, but as long as the place is being run by her and Andrew it's a great place to be. If you're deciding on another place at a similar price I'd choose this on because it's unbeatable to know you can trust the folks running the business on site. A huge thank you to Jane for helping us out when we were in need, she's a truly good person and that's always a relief."

"I love living here! The application process was easy and fair, move in was seamless, and living here has been wonderful. It's quiet, very safe, and peaceful. A good mix of families, young people, and older people, this place is for everyone! The apartments are big, clean, and the grounds very pretty. The location is absolutely perfect! The maintenance man, Andrew, is so efficient, nice, professional, and a great human. Jane, property manager, is so nice, funny, fair, professional, and personable. She gets things done but is such a kind and understanding human while she does it. I recommend this place to anyone."

"We have been living in Woodside estates now for close to four years and it has been a complete joy. We have lived in two different units now, one upstairs and now one downstairs the first one being directly above the Jane (the manager) Not only is Jane a wonderful manager who makes sure everything is attended to in a timely manner. She has WONDERFUL outgoing presence in our little community. We will be living here until we can afford our first home and wouldnt dream of leaving before then.
