"Wish I could give a better review but they are raising rent for apartments that are loud and outdated. Rent went from 1050, to 1100 to 1200 and now 1325. Not worth it. The apartments will get no updates, nothing new. Everything is old. Don't rent here. Don't spend your money on a place that has many issues. Have tried multiple times to get management to do something about neighbor blasting music all day long several times a week. Management refuses to do anything. The neighbor lives in the top unit and music can be heard in bottom units, outside etc. These apartments are loud. You will hear toilets flushing, people stomping around, etc. There is limited space inside the units as well. Oh and they are raising rent."
"We lived in these apartments this last year. The property is always well kept and generally pretty quiet. The on site manager is very knowledgeable and courteous to her tenants. We really enjoyed living here and only moved due to new opportunities."
