"Ripplingbrook Terrace is a nice apartment complex tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The staff is friendly and non-emergency maintenance requests are taken care of in a day or two. The flats are quite spacious and almost have a house feel to them. Some of the apartments back up to a creek with large trees, very enjoyable. Updates to the units would be nice, they are still in the 90's style of finishes. Overall a nice place to live."
"I was very happy while living here. Any maintenance concerns were addressed right away, I felt safe, and the apartments were well-maintained. The parking spots could be a bit bigger, in my opinion, but that's a minor inconvenience and definitely worth dealing with in order to have a nice apartment with a washer and dryer in the unit! The grounds are also nicely kept. My apartment looked out on an ivy-covered hill that made it feel like I was in the woods rather than the city."
