"Overall it was a smooth process moving in and i didn’t get to your the unit before actually getting the keys which was discouraging but walking in i felt really good and loved the apartment so no disappointment there. Only thing i was disappointed about was the bathroom drawers hadn’t been cleaned and had a bunch of hair and then in the master bathroom there where massive cobwebs."
"I’ve never experienced so much empathy & just flat out genuine kindness from an apartment management & maintenance team in my life. I’m in a really tough place in my life, going through a divorce & a single unemployed mother who doesn’t have many resources or help. They went way out of their way to help me with something completely outside of the maintenance appointment. And they of course effortlessly took care of any and all issues/maintenance needs I had. And have offered unbelievable amounts of support & compassion. If I could rate them with 20 stars, I absolutely would. I wish I never had to leave this beautiful apartment complex. I give my highest possible recommendations for anyone thinking to move here, best experience I’ve ever had with any company. "
