"I've lived here for 7 years in a 1 bedroom apartment and the new landlord told us we had until the 24th to find a place mind u it was the 4th of the same month luckily my wife found a new place and we moved out but be warned there is mold in the windows and in the bathroom walls due to poor ventilation the elevator breaks down atleast 3 times a year and the hot water is great until something goes wrong in the boiler room then ur out hot water for a few days atleast and the managers "pet" is vary rude to tenants who are trying to move out in a time frame they gave them.... glad to be out of that dump!"

"It's like an artist village! My son has lived in the building for a year now. Love all the friendly neighbors and their lovable pets. Never have i experienced anything negative in anyway. Safe and clean and never overly loud."
"I've lived in 5 apartments since I graduated high school. This was by far the best. The layout was very spacious and the walls are concrete, so you don't hear your neighbors. I had a 2 bedroom apartment on the top (11th) floor on the corner and the rent was $800/month which included all electricity, water, garbage, sewer, you name it. Also the water is run by steam heat, so your shower is always hot. There are a few disadvantages. It does get rather hot in the summer so I would invest in an air conditioner. Also There is no dishwasher and you're not allowed to have pets. I loved this apartment and it made me so sad to move away, but I was moving in with a friend who had a cat and we couldn't live there anymore. The management was so nice. If anything broke it would be fixed within a day and if ever had any financial issues I always felt welcome to talk to them. I keep telling my friends to move to this place, but so far no one's listened. Seriously, if you're looking for an apartment and there's one available here, scoop it up fast!"
