"I stay at this hotel a couple of times every week for work,been coming here for several months now,and I will say,it is a great place to stay. The rooms are always clean and tidy, the breakfast is simple, but very good and has a nice variety. The staff here are absolutely fantastic. The manager Christina, is very professional, friendly, and is always in high spirits. The two young ladies at the front desk, Leslie and Nissa,are always smiling,welcoming, are ready to help,and give the place a nice welcoming atmosphere,and that includes the many other awesome staff there;they treat you like family. can't recommend this place enough, if you are staying in Salem, definitely consider staying here,again, I greatly recommend it!"
"Awful! We were here for a volleyball tournament, rooms were dark and dated, hallways smelled of smoke and weed. Strange stains on the floor of the hallway. But the worst part was the location. 2 cars in the middle of the night got broken into Breakfast was good however and staff were nice."
"The service was excellent, such friendly and helpful people. It is a very convenient hotel with an excellent price. There are several hotels around, but we found it to have a very good price and it was an excellent value for the money. The breakfast was good. The location is very convenient to most everything in Salem and to the highway. We would definitely stay there again."
"King room with kitchenette well accommodated, clean, extra sheets ready for pull out bed. Double TV great for the kid to watch there own.lots of USB ports and a multi plug provided for all types of plug ins, coffee available all day breakfast free every morning, fitness center and pool clean. Would recommend."
"I stayed here for 2 consecutive nights. This is a great hotel but needs some better customer service from the front desk. I checked into this hotel twice and both of the front receptionist had no customer service skills. Their greeting to me was, what can I do for you. That's not how you should greet your customers. Atleast they could have said welcome to LA Quinta how may I assist you and also they could have been more polite of saying have a great stay with us but none of that happened. But I must say the rooms were great, very clean and appealing. Breakfast was too good and thank you for that. Hope that small part of customer service glitch would improve for better business"
