"Area of the town is a bit sketch, but it is right next to a great walk/bicycle trail. Common/lobby area is great for study/gathering. The continental breakfast was good. Rooms are small. The TV didn't have a remote. The TV doesn't work without the remote I asked for a remote 4 times. They were never able to find a remote. I was there for 3 days. For the cost I expected more. Gym is nice."
"Modern and clean. Rooms are funky and well designed.Location is not great, but it is fine. It is still a short drive from many restaurants and grocery stores. Staff is super friendly. We will come back."

"We stopped for the night here during our trip. This hotel is new and clean. Loved the reception area and service. I would recommend this hotel for your 1 or 2 night stays if visiting Eugene or passing by. They have decent breakfast, 24/7 coffee and market place for food. 4 stars for the rooms because there are obviously no views (which I did not care about anyway), else I would give 5 star for the overall experience. The best part was no carpets in the room - makes me feel more comfortable about the cleanliness. Thanks to a very sweet and welcoming staff."
"Great stay with our small pup. The room was perfect for one night’s stay while travelling home from a long trip. Room /bed was very comfortable, very clean and loved all the thoughtful amenities for a small space - best of all no carpet! Staff were very friendly and welcoming and the 24 hour access to snack/beverages was appreciated. We will definitely stay at a Hilton TRU again!"
