"BEST hotel EVER!! Between the check in and check out we had the greatest experience! Tyson and the other staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was nothing but wonderful. Breakfast was amazing. Kids had many options and the lady let us take some bananas and oranges for them. We definitely will be staying again that is for sure. We all had a great time."
"The beds were horrible!! So hard. I didn't sleep at all. My hips and back hurt so bad. Cute rooms of course but those beds... nope. I'll never go back. Sucks because i family that live in Springfield. Oh and the breakfast wasn't bad. Sorry not sorry"
"My husband and I stayed here for a night. Was very clean and room had everything we needed. We specially appreciated that they don’t allow dogs (pets) this allows it to stay clean and free from any hair, parasites, and bacteria that animals carry. Their breakfast was also awesome they had a little bit of everything very delicious. Would definitely recommend this place."
"Very Happy with our stay here! The customer service was excellent, we originally booked the standard room, but when the girl at the front desk realized that we had 4 kids and she upgraded us to the XL suite at no additional cost. Excellent Customer Service! The rooms were very nice! The breakfast was very good! I will definitely be staying here again!"
"This hotel is always amazing every time I visit! Great customer service. My kids LOVED the indoor pool and had a blast. Location is really convenient and in a safe area. Everyone was so welcoming and kind! Definitely will stay here again."
