"Excellent as always. My go to hardware store. They had AW86 hydraulic fluid for my 1978 forklift. I really wasn't expecting that, also happened to be 30% off that day. 100$ less than napa. Dog and chicken food goes on sale every other month. That's when to buy."
"Normally, this isn't a bad place to shop for specific needs. But the online shopping experience is horrible, placed items in my cart, checked out, paid, and received an email saying the item would be ready by closing the next day for in store pick up. Card was charged. Headed to the store the next day, and checked my email for any info I may need...ID, card, email....when I received an updated email saying the order was canceled due to it no longer being available. Called the store to ask why, she said she would transfer to that department for a rain check. After being transfered was told no rainchecks, and the problem was that no sales person pulled the item from the shelf in time, and the last item was sold in store earlier that day(of pick up) he said it should have been pulled the day it was ordered, and still no raincheck. Very disappointing!!! Haven't shopped here since."
"I have been a customer since they opened in Keizer. I get my horse food and dog food from this store. They carry most brands of horse & dog food so you should find what you need. I have also purchased clothing for myself and for gifts. You can find just about anything you need at Cascade. The staff is friendly and eager to assist you if needed. They are great at loading my purchases in my vehicle. I recommend Cascade Farm Store, you won't be disappointed."
"Great place for animal needs and miscellaneous human needs. Lol One time my car food was on sale and it didn't ring up at the sale price and I got a call from the employee who helped me to let me know and come back. They're always helpful and nice."
"Everytime I go into Cascade the employees are super helpful, they always answer my questions and take me to the aisle I need instead of just pointing. I went in to get a baby chicken as I bought 10 a few days ago and one just so happened to not make it, and I had three employees making sure I was not only buying one baby chick! They were all super nice and helpful and just wanted to make sure it would have a friend to pair up with at it's new home. I always have a good experience there. We also got all of our baby chick supplies at that store too."
