And after spending more than 15 minutes being “next in line” to check out (some coupon issue with the customer in front of me), I left without completing my purchase. One register closed & 3 employees standing around. What should I expect? It’s Spencer’s."

"So I've been a Spencer's customer since they opened-- this particular store, I'm hopeful that the newness wears off or whatever it is that's holding this team from doing what it needs to, and becomes the store we all hope it will be- there was a LOT of "we don't want it here" as it was going in and I don't want people to be proved right on this one... I want there to be a Hot Topic added and maybe a bead store...? Idk but Keizer station has the potential it needs to be successful.... let's hope this pandemic garbage is behind us and we are on the mend"
