Was snarky and acted as if my brother (the groom) and his bride to be, had ordered something completely different (different colors, and styles) and argued than what he had. Then, tried to charge more. She claimed she was the only female that answers phones for Men's Wearhouse when you call customer care. This has happened, in my experience, over 5 times. I understand that the company is huge and won't mind, but we won't be going there ever again. I will be telling everyone that I am close to, to save the stress and go somewhere else."
