"Self check out no longer available at this store. They only have 3 to 4 lines open with about 10 to 15 customers deep in each line. Taken me about 20 to 30 minutes just to check out. When you only have two items, that’s ridiculous. Because of this, I’m now shopping at Walmart."
"This is the absolute worst Target. I came in for a laundry basket/hamper that said on my Target app they had 6 in stock at this location. They had none on the shelves. I used the call for an employee computer in the middle of the store and was waiting there with other customers that had questions only to have the screen say no one was available to help. I went to the guest services desk and the lovely employee looked up the item and said it was in stock. She had someone go look for it and they couldn’t find it either. This is simply ridiculous and I think I’ll just discontinue shopping at all Targets. The lines for self-checkout and cashier were insane. I wasn’t there at an extra busy time of day, either. I feel badly for the few employees they have, as they are all dealing with frustrated customers."
"Positives: Prices are comparable, sales are great. Negatives: Staff never seem happy and often make you feel inconvenienced if you need assistance finding a product. Ordering online with in store pick up can take forever because they have 1 person doing customer service as well as online fulfillment. Not a fun or comfortable atmosphere to shop My take away: Order online and do curbside pickup"
"Great customer service by Evelyn! !! She was really polite, patient and friendly. She took the time to help me with my shopping list as I don't know this store well. I loved that she had a smile on her face and did not get frustrated with me and that she did not brushed me off because it was the holiday rush. Thank you Evelyn for being so kind! !!"
