"Old 40 year old fat white girl with glasses didn’t want to sell me a discounted product. She profiled me the minute I went to the register and came up with a lot of excuses to not sell me the discounted product. She most likely had an intent to buy the clothes for a family member of hers, but the way that she avoided selling the clothes to me felt like it was the 1950’s. I should have called a manager to overlook her but I didn’t feel like fighting with this Karen and left the store without the product I was interested in. I hope she sees this and that management catches on to the way she treats customers towards a demeaning and discriminatory lens. I’ve never had an issue like this at this Ross but the lady with glasses knows who she is and she should know that she’s horrible and ultimately racist when working with clients"
