"I primarily shop here for my son's clothes. They always have great sales on kids clothing. Usually I shop online because that's where I find the best deals in stock. Occasionally I will do a pick up in store or have to exchange something. This Old Navy is located at Keizer Station. Parking is easy. The store itself has been clean and neat, so it's easy to shop. Customer service is good. The only reason for the missing star is I'm not a fan of the online return/exchange policy. Even if you are doing an even exchange for something the same price, they still have to return the item onto your card separately. Then you will have to purchase the item you are exchanging for. Being a mom who is already on a budget, I'm not always going to have extra funds available to cover the cost of my purchase a second time while I wait a few business days for the return to process. Yes, I do recommend shopping at Old Navy for sure. In store or online, it's always worth it!"
"It wasn't okay. Stop here, didn't find any clothes that we liked at our style, only reason it was a four-star. Not a five was the fact that all five store associates were just crowded around talking the entire time we were there and nobody was offering help or anything."
