"It wasn't a bad place. Definitely super Quiet.. almost awkwardly too quite. Staff was friendly and good selection. Items I went into buy were almost $10 more then what their website prices were. I am all for supporting local businesses, but I won't be going back. 1) based off their website which had zero item descriptions about product I had to go to manufacturer website and flip back and forth between products. 2) based off inconsistent pricing between website and in person. I do understand that shipping is evolved but I live in the same city and don't think it would be $10 in shipping price difference. I could understand $5 or less but not more. I feel bad for the experience I had with this local company. But I will be shopping online or just driving to Portland from now on. I wish 911 supply all the best in their future."
"Customer service was top notch!! Went into store on recommendation from a coworker. We work for department of corrections as RNs and are required to carry a radio and keys. When I walked into store I was greeted almost instantly I told employee what I was looking for and he walked to the section that had different belts and showed me the options and features of each. I was also shown radio pouches to securely hold radio and a pouch to hold first aid items if not in the clinic. The staff was very knowledgeable of items and items were of great quality. The store is a little pricey compared to Amazon but items of better quality. I will be returning to store to buy other items that are not for work but for personal use. I will and have recommended store to others. I personally enjoyed my experience which is not normal for me. Keep up the great customer service. Thanks Scott US Army Vet Institution RN"
"Great place to shop for all your duty needs. The staff are very knowledgeable and happy to help. They will give you their opinion on the products you are looking at based on their experience with them. It is easy to get in and out with exactly what you are looking for. I have shopped around at competitors but I always end up back at 911 Supply to make my purchase. They take great care of every person who walks in."
