"I was supposed to be in for a 10:00 am interview this morning but there were no managers on site and the supervisor had no idea what was going on. This kind of disorderly conduct is unacceptable for a business."

"Pharmacy review only. Too much to type for the multiple incidents with this pharmacy. But this last one was absolutely inexcusable. Thank you to the rite-aid pharmacy staff, who managed to have me scrambling to find a medication that is critical for me. I would say do better. But half the staff don’t care and the customers are an inconvenience for them. Their attitudes speak volumes. Sorry we are an inconvenience for you rite-aid pharmacy staff with our business. We can take it elsewhere."

"This review pertains to the PHARMACY department ONLY; the people up front and the rest of the store is a 5 star experience. Pharmacy never answers the phone Flip a coin, you might get in line and literally nobody is helping a customer. Buckle up you’re going to be waiting in line for a long time either way. You’ll get a notification that your prescription but once you get to the desk they say they’re super busy and it’ll actually be filled in a couple hours. This place is a joke I and my wife have had a mostly poor experience here. That’s not saying everyone who works here is bad, they’re mostly nice but the service is overall terrible."

"Worst pharmacy experience I've ever had. Was trying to get established in their system after our home pharmacy stopped working with our insurance. The clerk/assistant, Marinder, who was supposed to be helping us had us waiting at the counter for almost half an hour while she muttered to herself at the computer. Apparently she could not figure out my insurance, that caused the dentist's office no trouble at all just an hour before. She did not attempt to communicate with us or ask questions of her colleagues. The rest of that team should also get roasted for being perfectly aware that she was failing and doing nothing to help her while a log line formed behind me. I demanded my cards and prescription back and went to CVS instead. I don't believe in rudeness or harassment of people trying to do their job, but this team needs to be checked. Absolutely absurd interaction with hapless people."

"Staff were really polite, but there seem to be some unfortunate communication issues at this location. I called in twice and spoke with two different staff members who both assured me that, like the Rite Aid website states, this pharmacy is offering walk-in vaccinations between 2-3pm each day. I made sure to ask specifically about the holiday week, and both stated that the service would be available today and tomorrow. After taking time off work and driving 30min to the store, I was told at the pharmacy that they do not accept walk-ins at this location. I really wish that I’d been given this information over the phone at least one of the two times I called in with this specific question."
