"SELLING MONTH + OLD EXPIRED YOGURTS!! I didn’t noticed I purchased expired yogurt smoothies and yogurts from this location until I got home. I had to DRIVE BACK TO THE STORE to inform customer service about this. I went back to the yogurt section to replace my returned yogurt JUST TO FIND MORE EXPIRED YOGURT from OCT 23rd 2023, December 9th, 2023 and December 16, 2023!!!!!!! I tried to checked dates as shoppers were grabbing out of the case and decided to HELL WITH THIS, I DON’T WORK HERE! I informed shoppers in the isle to double check dates as there was a lot of expired yogurts. I informed customer service that I didn’t have time to check dates for them and they didn’t seem too concerned. Decided on a full refund. This location isn’t reliable. BEWARE- CHECK DATES, you could get really sick!"

"Go anyplace else. Its worth the drive to the woodstock location. This place will be closed inside 6 months. They are gearing up to use the "shoplifting caused us to close" when its really just a complete failure of management and leadership. You can not buy anything with the "anti theft" they have put in place. Between everything locked up and no one to ring you up, I have stopped going there. I am sure they are missing out on more revenue than was stollen with the new measures. I tried it again tonight but could not get to the food because the "security" kid was having a party with his friends blocking the isle. If I can't pay you for stuff, why should I shop there? I don't know a person that still shops there between the rude "security" that is just chatting or on their phone and all the druggies."

"I witnessed an employee today named Michele talking down to an Asian woman in the most disrespectful, seemingly racist manner, the employee wasn't speaking like that to anyone else, so much so it made my husband uncomfortable and he had to leave to avoid going off on her. We didn't interact with Michele at all but we overheard how she was speaking to the lady that was just asking for help. Her tone of voice and overall demeanor stopped me in my tracks. I believe at the very least she needs some training on how to talk to customers or have some education on how to handle herself when talking to people with accents, perhaps she was frustrated because of the inability to communicate with her fully, I'm not sure, but either way, she made me and my husband uncomfortable enough to talk about it on our way home."

"In and out Safeway shopping! Can be sketchy with the homeless roaming around. I did get followed by a couple of guys last year but thankfully I was able to walk back to my vehicle with a young couple. Safeway now have more security at the entrance."

"Update: The company made no corrective action to the employee. They are still there. In addition to that theres another employee named Flo who chased me out the store and yelled at me for taking one of the wheel chairs to the disabled parking spot for my disabled passenger. The self checkouts were closed and i was trying to buy donuts and she was the only one working a check stand. So Flo being the lovely person she is started to count my donuts, change the price, and argue with me that i got pastries instead of donuts. I grabbed from the spot clearly marked for donuts. She also refused to let me put them back after she jacked the price up on me. Because i had touched them. Bottom line if you go to this store the employees WILL harass you. The cashiers will scam you. And the management seriously does not care at all. This store is extremely unsafe to shop at and it's the employees that make it that way. An employee was blocking my car in and aggressively revving their engine at me. They wanted the parking spot but I was having a panic attack and wasn't safe to drive."
