"A+! Came in for a battery replacement and they had my phone up and running as promised in a timely manner. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended. Great service, friendly and informative staff. Will do business with them again. Thank you!!"

"I cannot recommend these guys enough. They always do great work on my phones and laptops at reasonable prices. They're never too far above what it would cost to do your own repairs and it is always more reliable. They have a 6 month warranty on most of their work. I've taken 2 phones and a laptop to them for repair/upgrade and I've purchased a used phone from them."

"I use to go here to keep my slide phone fresh and new while I stayed clear of smartphones. I finally gave in to technology and advanced with the times. So just the other day, my iPhone would not charge and I took it into my carrier and was told the portal wasn't working and their remedy was for me to buy a new one. I packed up my device, brought to Gadget Fix and they quickly had my phone back up and running. Since it was just a little dust, they didn't even charge me. As always my encounter was excellent, affordable and courteous."

"I took my daughter's phone intoT- mobile because it wouldn't turn on. They couldn't get it to come on either. First they told me I could use my insurance to upgrade to a new phone, so I decided to do that. In the middle of the transaction they told me I would need to pay the $175.00 replacement fee for a refurbished phone first, then I could pay the $750.00 for the new phone. I was livid. I went home and called T-Mobile customer service. While talking with them I realized the phone had a warranty on it. So they ordered a refurbished phone for me to pick up in Portland, 100 miles from where I live. When I got to Portland to exchange phones they told me that my phone had a crack and it voided the warranty. Again I was so mad. Thank goodness the T-mobile Rep sent me to Gadget Fix, he said he wasn't sure they could help me but it was worth a try. I was greeted by Wes who looked at the phone and agreed the crack was very hard to find and was only cosmetic. He took the phone in the back and within a few minutes said he had the charging port cleaned out and the phone was charging again. Everyone at Gadget Fix was very friendly and professional. Not only was my daughters phone fixed but it was done in a quarter of the time it would have taken for anything to be done at T-mobile. I will for sure be returning to Gadget Fix with any issues I have in the future. Thank goodness for small businesses that care about the customer!!"

"I went for a quick issue and anticipated spending as much as $100. For whatever reason, my iPhone stopped taking a charge, right around Thanksgiving. The service tech offered to try cleaning the input slot for the charger, and after about ten minutes, returned to say that the phone appeared to be working. Even with such great, fast results, they also handed the phone back to me and said -- no charge. Such great work!"
