"Great customer service but I would price checking other stores. I needed a drain gasket. They had a bin of them for 19 cents each. They slso had prepackage ones for 4.99 each. When I asked about the difference they attributed it to “packaging” A 2500% difference..Checked my local Ace and they had prepackaged for 2.49. Home Depot 2/2.99…"

"I regularly shop at Parkrose Hardware for all of my maintenance and repair needs. After todays visit, I won't ever shop there again. I was asked to leave because I didn't accept the old man's help so that made me suspicious? Ok. I asked why, what did I even do? Their response "we don't need a reason, it's private property, you need to leave. I pulled out my wallet to show them I had cash, asked if they preferred debit or credit. They didn't care. Thank your security for loosing another valued customer."
