"Compared to other Home Depot stores in the area this might be one of the worst. It is very disorganized and associates are either not knowledgeable, not helpful or rude. Often times I go there looking for an item that according to the mobile app is available in stock at the store, but the item is nowhere to be found. If you ask an associate they might try to look up at the inventory of unopened boxes overhead, but quickly give up and just tell you it is an error on the inventory system. Hard to believe when it happens over and over again at this store but somehow this doesn’t happen at other HD stores. I feel it is due to poor management. It’s more like items don’t get stocked on the shelves and they sit in unopened boxes overhead. Associates don’t want to make the effort to look for items. They don’t even grab a ladder and check. They just come up with an excuse. One associate told me that HD does manual counting for inventory. Really?! That is hard to believe. Another associate told me that we were at the South Beaverton Store. What?! She didn’t even know where she was. If it isn’t inventory issues, it is that the items on display are all over the place. And if it isn’t that, there is nobody available to help or whoever is available has no clue how to help. I suggest going to the HD in Beaverton instead, or go to your local ACE Hardware instead."

"Never had an issue finding someone to point me to the random items I'm looking for. Also, they had someone available to cut some wood for me so I didn't have to dig out my skill saw from the garage. (Wife doesn't let me play with sharp objects often)"

"Went looking for a refrigerator and found it. Super attentive staff without being pushy. Great prices and flexibility of payment. Not glad my current fridge broke but at least it was during black Friday sales."

"Never expect curbside to work at this location. Story 1: Ordered 3 things available in store for same day pickup. Came a week later and none of them were ready, no apologies no explanation just had to go in for 10 minutes. Story 2: Earlier pickup they gave a bag said this is it and they were missing a jack, go in and a hour later find out they don't have it. Upgraded to a jack they did have but I still wish I just ordered online. Story 3: I waited in the car 45 minutes after calling in I arrived, go in and they were waiting in the back of the store. Other 3 times I tried pickup I wait around 30 to 60 minutes."
